REFUNDS & RETURN POLICY
At AA DESIGN & PRINT LLC, customer satisfaction is incredibly important to us. As a small business, we take great pride in the quality of our products and strive to ensure every order meets your expectations. If you are unhappy with your first order, we want to make it right.
1. Order Review and Rework:
If you find defects or issues with your order, we will thoroughly review the products and remake any defective or subpar shirts/products at no additional cost.
2. Further Concerns and Refunds:
If you feel that the new batch does not meet your expectations, we regretfully will not be able to continue business together. However, we will offer a partial refund for up to 50% of the affected products. The remaining 50% cannot be refunded due to costs incurred for labor and materials.
3. Purchasing Defective or Subpar Products:
If you wish to keep any of the defective or subpar products, you may purchase them for 25% of the original price before they are discarded. As a small business, we greatly appreciate your understanding and support. By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms and acknowledge that while we aim to provide high-quality products, we cannot accommodate extreme variations in product preferences.
